Park Central is located in the heart of historic Bowden, just a few minutes from the Adelaide CBD and directly across from the parklands and a designated ‘Type A’ road. This environment presented the need for significant acoustic treatments to the façade and within the development.
Sonus was engaged to assist in the SA78B, GreenStar and BCA assessment of the Park Central development.
Sonus worked closely with the project team to assist in integrating the acoustic requirements into the project in a reasonable and practicable way.
